Probably the best experience I've had in years with car inspection! These guys are so friendly and took care of me in nothing flat. I will be going back to them for sure and would recommend them to anyone. It was kinda late on a Friday too which sometimes might be a problem...but not for them! I have an old PT cruiser and thy treated me like I was driving a corvette! Very impressed! Thank you!

Everyone at the shop was friendly, kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, the facility was clean and upbeat. I am new to the area, so when I discovered yesterday that my State Inspection Sticker was over a month past due, I didn't know where to go for the inspection. After experiencing a not-so-pleasant experience at another Dripping Springs auto shop, I was happy to find L & L Automotive on the internet. Since this is a full service shop, I will not hesitate to return to this shop for when further service is required on my vehicle or to recommend them to friends. And lastly, Buddy, the resident Golden Retriever, was the icing on the cake!

From the first time walking in the door, the front counter guys were fantastic. Very friendly and comfortable setting. Initial work performed on my truck wasn't exactly what I had requested, and Richard went above and beyond to make it right. Will certainly recommend L&L to others, and will be back for further work as needed.

The guys here are always willing and able to help. Not only do they put in extra time and effort they explain it all in detail and all your options even if those options won't profit them.

Great guys to work with! It's hard to find an honest mechanic now days. I wish to thank Don, Larry, and all the other guys that help worked on my 1967 Camaro. Their knowledge on cars is the highest I have seen in years. I can't wait to buy my next project car, drop it off at L&L, and have them do all the hard work for me, so I can take the credit.

My husband and I have been really pleased with L&L both times that we've been there. The problem was fixed both times, and the prices seem reasonable. The staff is all very friendly. My only suggestion would be to give an estimated time of when you'll call back with a diagnosis. I dropped my car off in the late morning on Monday, and assumed I would hear back the same day (it wasn't looked at until Tuesday). Not a big deal, and I shouldn't have made the assumption (or I should have asked! :-) but just thought I would pass that on. Great experience overall!

These guys are very helpful! I had to get my car jumped and they told me to go to L & L. It was 5 and when I pulled up I seen they closed at 5:30. They brought my truck in and verified it was a battery they replaced it and got me back on the road!! Thanks guys!!! I'll be back!!!

I always will go to L&L Automotive for ANY of my vehicle needs. They always treat me with respect and tell me what is going on and what is really needed. As a woman that is nice to receive. There have been times in the past where I have went somewhere else and they tell me of all the things all of a sudden that need to be done that was NOT the reason I went in for. Such as getting an oil change should not all of a sudden lead to hundreds of dollars of things that appeared to need taken care of! I can depend on L&L to tell me truthfully what REALLY needs to be done. They are a good group of guys that take care of their customers.

I had used another service center for years, but after a bad experience, a friend told me that I really should be going to L&L. Best move I could have made! My car and have been well treated here. Repairs are made within the time I've been promised, and I've been kept informed about any findings. The pricing is certainly fair, and you can't find a friendlier, more caring staff. Whenever I hear anyone complaining about the service they're getting elsewhere, I tell them, "You really should be going to L&L"!

Larry and Richard and the excellent technical staff are exemplary in their work and service. I recommend this fine establishment to anyone and everyone!
